A Few Questions

Hello, I am visiting PA and staying at the PA Hotel in a weeks time. I just have a few questions:

1) Once we arrive at the airport near PA, is there a bus to the hotels/park and is it free?

2) I have booked in advanced and there are 5 of us going. However on my credit card statement it shows they have only charged us for 1 person. Is this normal? Is it a deposit and we pay the rest when we get there? Or is it a mistake?

3) I speak no Spanish at all and have heard that the Spanish staff are rude to English people who do not speak Spanish? Is this true?

4) Is it true I can use my hotel card to get priority access on rides after 21:00?

1- There are no shuttle bus to hotel port aventura...
You should get a taxi.
2- I don't know. Send a e-mail to te park they will response you.
3- The staff at the hotel speak perfectly english. The staff at the park could speak english or not. But there are no problems to get all you need. Don't worry, spain is a touristic destination, and the people is warm and friendly.
4- I think you could use all the day. but it is just once a time in each ride.
Before 9:30 you hacve unlimited fastpass.

Are you sure? I remember reading you could get a shuttle bus or a bus.[/quote]

The normal process for paying the book is paying by phone 25% of the total, and then in the hotel the other 75%.

Take a taxi or rent a car by Europcar. There's no shuttle

You'll pay the whole price. If it's not paid yet you'll pay in the hotel.

Most of the hotel staff speaks English as it's already said. Anyway, you can find a lot of people in the park that don't speak English so if you don't want the employees to be rude with you, don't do the same. If anybody speaks with you in Spanish, try to say "Could you please tell me that in English, please?" instead of "IN ENGLISH". The second answer is so rude.

4) Is it true I can use my hotel card to get priority access on rides after 21:00?

I think so. Otherwise, before 9pm you can use your Express Hotel which is a fast pass for every major ride once per person per vacation.

Hello to everybody.
n0gades questions solved some of my doubt but... I have other question about PortAventura Resort.
I'll be in PortAventura next October for the first time. I've never been to Spain too.

I booked at Hotel PortAventura + park entrance for 2 nights/3 days. I arrive on Saturday and I leave on Monday.
1) I know on Sunday park close at 9pm. What can I do after? Is there any animation in the hotel?
2) what about eating? Some friends told me that in Spain it's impossible to have dinner before 8pm. Is it right?
3) How much hotel restaurants cost? Are they very expensive?
4) About the swimming pools. I'l be in PortAventura from 20 to 22 October (included). Are swimming pools open? What's their timetable?
5) I arrive in BCA airport by Vueling and I've just rent a car. It should be about 100 Km /1 hour drive but I'm wondering if it is easy to get to the park.
