Express Mansión

Buenas! Tengo una reserva con el express de la mansión de Lucy y sé que para esa fecha dos atracciones (Angkor y Templo del fuego) van a estar cerradas.

Pregunté y me dijeron que me informarían de las atracciones de sustitución en el momento de llegada.

¿Alguien sabe que atracciones suelen poner como sustitución en estos casos de atracciones cerradas con express unlimited?

En Navidad suelen poner a Tami - Tami y Tomahawk, pero porque hay muchas atracciones express cerradas.

Si vas ahora en primavera no las suelen añadir al servicio Express, y lo que se hace es poner 2 accesos a Grand Canyon Rapids y 2 accesos a Dragon Khan en el Express 10. Pero en tu caso que ya tienes Express ilimitado, también en Street Mission.
No tengo claro si con la Mansión, se da el Express ahora en Hurakan Condor y Uncharted, creo que no.

También he visto que ahora si compras express unlimited para semana santa aparece Hurakan en lugar de Angkor, o sea que igual si que tienen pensado ponerla a partir de ahora en los express.

Por curiosidad, ¿alguien sabe en qué año dieron a lo alojados en Lucy el añadido del pase express a Street Mission?

Sería interesante para saber si este año o en un futuro añadirán esta ventaja para Uncharted.

Teniendo en cuenta que el 2020 fue la pandemia, la Mansion incluia el fast pass de Street Mission tras la primera temporada completada.
En 2021 ya se podría disfrutar.

No parece que para Uncharted vaya a ser asi.

Please see attached (hopefully) the response from both the app and website in regards to Uncharted and mansion de Lucy. I have kept these photos to show reception in July when I visit hotel mansion de lucy. Any thoughts?

I guess that Pawia bot needs some debugging.
It is a clear error of the bot as it mentions that unlimited pass allows you to skip queues in mean atractions, including Uncharted, but if you go to the official website it does not include Uncharted.
Furthermore, if you see terms and conditions of Lucys hotel, it clearly says Unlimited plus street mission. Uncharted it is not mentioned in any of the terms of eitjer Lucys hotel or Unlimited express

You can argue at the reception but you are showing screenshots of a bot answer. Not the terms and conditiins of the purchase you have done

It's not my view. I was just sharing my responses from both the bot on the app and from the website that's why I sent both screenshots. And they both contradict what the terms and conditions say. Even though the terms and conditions don't say it DOES NOT include Uncharted or hurakan condor.

I am sorry but I think your view is wrong. The answers has not any value, only what you purchase.
I repeat, the bot is an automatization in BETA version, which is less valid, and also the same with the web chat, there is no a person answering.
What is valid is the link they send you, you can check and either Hurakan or Uncharted do not appear in the list.

You can try, but dont have expectatives that they will give you (Unless they change the conditions in next months)
