terrible guest relations

hi everyone im new to the forum as i just registered but have looked on here for years as ive been to the park aroud 8 times over 8 years , i went in june 2013 and i have to say i am disapointed with the way p.a treated me , i explained to them over the years i have been furious bako has never worked so i have never riden it , last year was no exception closed the whole time i was on holiday , also shamble i know rides have technical difficultys but its the way it was handled the ride was shut due to technical problems then open for 1 hour then shut i waited a total of 4 hours still not to get on and when i went to guest relations wouldnt even offer my tickets to come again i bought a 3 day 2 park ticket and never got to ride on either of the big rides , i think dragon khan has to be the most reliable coaster and best i have ever had pleasure to ride . i love the park but when i go this year really think i wont go to the park as dont want to be dissapointed again sorry to rant lol

How can this be ??? 8 years in a row and Furius never worked ?? well i guess you have really, really bad luck !!
it is very strange what you say, i've allways seen Furius working even when some of the others don't....and about guest relations i've allways ben treated with friendlines and in a very profesional way !!!
